Payment term

The agreed period within which an invoice must be paid, e.g. within 30 or 60 days of receipt. For some clients, this is a guideline rather than a hard deadline - until eXago respectfully comes knocking.

-P

Cession (debt assignment)

Transferring a receivable to a third party, such as a factoring company, which then collects the payment. But why do that when eXago can solve it for you in your name?

-C

Creditcheck

A check of a client’s financial situation to assess the risk of default. A smart move - and one that eXago can help you with.

Calculate your loss

Don’t immediately start to panic. First, calculate it. In one minute, our calculator shows you how much money is really tied up in outstanding invoices. Simple, quick and, in some cases, painfully honest. But it is the first step towards getting a better grip on your cash flow.

We rely 100% on your knowledge and expertise. Payment collection from the majority of our ‘good’ clients runs smoothly and is successful. Thanks again.

Herlinde Vermeulen

Accounting, DC RESOURCES

Since Isoltechnics partnered with eXago, overdue payments have been under control. Clients pay faster, thanks to their professional approach and external monitoring. We always have all the necessary information thanks to good communication with Kimberly, our designated contact at eXago.

Hilde Van Wassenhove

Owner D&D Isoltechnics

After just three months, there was a visible decrease in the overdue balance. eXago fulfils its promises. Their flexibility and experience was decisive in our decision to work with them. They even came to our premises during the start-up phase to familiarise themselves with our operations.

Raf De Strooper

Finance manager, FLEXPOINT

Six years later, we have not come across a better payment collection solution than eXago’s method. In fact, we’ve already recouped the cost of their services. The number of receivables to be written off has fallen by 2/3 since they took over payment collection.

Bart Wijckmans

Managing Director, WIJCKMANS NV

eXago has long been an important business partner for our debtor management. They ensure systematic, correct and friendly payment collections from our client base. Continuity and perseverance are their greatest assets.

Guy Roefs

Finance & Administration Manager, SUEZ

We enlisted eXago’s help because we didn’t have a great deal of experience in debtor management ourselves. Their service has been consistently good. Periodic follow-up meetings ensured that everything was aligned and fully transparent at all times.

Anouk Reekmans

Business Support Controller, Carglass

eXago ensures proper and correct payment collection from our clients with outstanding invoices. They do so with the necessary professionalism and friendliness. We are very satisfied with our collaboration.
