Carglass Belgium is unique in financial terms: all the branches are owned independently and all invoices are intercompany invoices. In 2018, Carglass contacted eXago to find a solution for an acquisition in the Netherlands and Germany. We immediately set to work with our Dutch and German-speaking specialists. eXago closely monitored the franchisees and even paid regular visits to the Carglass European Distribution Centre in Bilzen.
Complaint coordination proved to make the difference: complaints decreased and payments accelerated. After a year and a half, Anouk Reekmans came up with the idea of switching late payers to SEPA direct debit. A soft approach that worked. In the end, it left a handful of clients who sometimes paid late. That’s how eXago made itself superfluous. A great reference, don’t you think?
Don’t immediately start to panic. First, calculate it. In one minute, our calculator shows you how much money is really tied up in outstanding invoices. Simple, quick and, in some cases, painfully honest. But it is the first step towards getting a better grip on your cash flow.
