What you will be doing?

  • You manage and monitor your own client portfolio via our software eForos by eXago©, and closely monitor whether invoices are paid correctly and on time. This will help you build a strong, lasting relationship with your clients.
  • You screen new and existing clients and formulate credit recommendations. (Don’t worry, we provide you with specific credit & collection training.)
  • You contact clients about payment arrangements and convince them - assertively, but always in a client-friendly manner - to pay on time.
  • You help send payment reminders and answer related client queries.
  • You work with lawyers and bailiffs to file and follow up on debt collections.
    You report on your own portfolio to your clients and support them in collecting oustanding payments.
  • You constantly learn, through training courses and from colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge.
  • You are proficient in Word and Excel, and you are motivated to improve your skills in these programs.

Who we are looking for?

  • You have a professional bachelor’s degree or relevant experience that makes you a real asset - either is fine.
  • We are looking for someone with resolve, determination and a healthy dose of ambition. Someone who says: ‘Keep it coming, I can do this.’
  • You communicate clearly, listen carefully and also dare to stand your ground in French - even if it is with an accent.
  • Want to work independently (at home)? No problem. But you also know when to coordinate with your team.
  • You have no problem scheduling an appointment with a client and know exactly how to help them on their way with the right advice.
  • You feel at home among people who don’t focus on the clock, but on results.
